Revised 02/02/2009

I've recently revised Tech Red to include a more simple and fitting horizontal navigation menu, and to fix several CSS coding errors that I somehow over looked. Feel free to download this template and use it as you please. Again all I ask is that the footer image not be changed or altered to hide the "THEMEKINGS.NET" in the bottom right corner. Thank you!!
